Pilgrims On The Way

our old theologians used to make a lot out of the distinction between God's knowledge and ours...they distinguished...between a knowledge of God in himslef (a theology of glory), which was unavailable to us, and a revelation of God accommodated to our weakness (a theology of the cross). they called "our theology" theologia viatorum, "the theology of pilgrims." while pilgrims haven't already arrived, they know where they're headed and are even now on their way by God's grace. -Michael Horton

Days gone by...

Hangin' out in our backyard for the sunny days!
Note: Zach's "Paraguay" t-shirt; Ben's "Paraguay" cap. Cheesy, I know- but loyal to the blood!

I'm looking forward to very soon drying my laundry in the backyard again! It's lookin' hopeful, although the hours of direct sun that we get in between our fences and trees back there are probably not quite long enough (or hot enough) to dry the laundry in one day.

Rainy day walk.

Indoor entertainment: the classic, old faithful playdough-time! Zach's spider/bug fascination has not ended, but on the contrary, escalated!
